Executive Assistant
To support the CXO by performing various office management duties, provide support and often handle tasks that have a direct effect on the success of the business

Any graduation,
1. Manage an extremely active calendar of appointments; complete expense reports; compose and prepare correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arrange complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compile documents for travel-related meetings
2. Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CXO and internal departments
3. Work closely and effectively with the CXO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately
4. Prioritize conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures
5. Take care of office administrative activities, Coordinate events, manage visitors
6. Generate reports and dashboard
7. Manages special projects for the CXO, some of which may have organizational impact & prioritizes conflicting needs; handles matters expeditiously, proactively, and follows-through on projects to successful completion.
8. Plan, coordinate and ensure the CXOs schedule is followed and adhered.
