Job Description:

Insurancedekho customer retention team is looking for a dynamic individual who can manage the operations of overall renewal across all businesses. Individual will be managing team and driving retention targets. We are looking for individuals who can take end to end ownership of customer retention operations and lead the team towards delivering the required results. This is a high visibility role as retention lies at the key of building and scaling the business for InsuranceDekho.

Experience Range:

3 - 12 years

Any graduation,

Job Responsibilities:

- Manage customer retention operations team
- Achieve organizational targets of retention
- Track metrics and ensure ops team achieves targets of retention as well as productivity
- Coordinate with internal field sales team as and when required to improve conversion
- Ensure compliance is maintained for retention team
- Hiring and backfilling manpower as required
- Get data prepared and present as and when required

Team Management, Data Analysis,

Candidate Attributes:

- Should have worked in startup kind of environment
- Should be ready to think out of the box and find out ways to improve retention
- Should have had minimum 3 years of experience managing tele-sales teams
- Candidates who have prior experience in insurance industry would be preferred
- Candidate should be able to motivate team and drive team towards achieving the desired results
