Job Description:
You will be part of Strategy team at InsuranceDekho working closely with Strategy Head on matters of Corporate Development, Mergers & Acquisition, Competitive Intelligence and Investor Relations
Experience Range:
1 - 5 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM
Job Responsibilities:
Work across key functionalities to solve business problems, develop business strategies, and manage stakeholder relations
Actively participate in fund-raising activities
Create and update investor presentations and monthly investor updates
Build and manage data-room for due diligence and investor enquiries
Assist senior leadership team in managing relationships with current investors, prospective investors and Investment Banks
Prepare monthly insurtech and competitor landscape update
Explore, evaluate and manage M&A opportunities
Research, model, evaluate, and plan go-to-market strategies
Bring together our existing product offerings and design new ones to drive key business metrics for the company
Communicate planning, progress, and strategy to colleagues and investors
Effectively communicate cross-functionally with internal teams and external stakeholders

Business Analysis Planning & Monitoring, Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Data Analysis, Multitasking, Active Learning,
Candidate Attributes:
2-5 years of experience working in consulting/Big4/investment banking/VC funds or in corporate development role at a corporate or were part of Strategy team in a fast-paced startup environment
You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and number crunching skills
You are known to have excellent knowledge of market trends and possess strong market research skills
You are a highly effective communicator with everyone from team members and colleagues to CXOs, leadership teams, investors, etc.
You take keen interest in learning about business growth
You are a self-starter and believe in taking end-to-end ownership of things
You have advanced presentation and written communication skills
You have an eye for detail
You possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and number crunching skills
