• Validation of monthly P&L, analysis variances by connecting with respective team
• Coordinate with accounting team for monthly P&L
• Track and compare P&L on monthly basis with AOP
• Prepare Business AOP and compare with actual results on monthly basis
• Track & monitor business KPI
• Financial analysis & reporting of Domestic and international competition
• Analyse data and preparation of presentation for Board meetings and Business reviews
• Frame relevant SOP to safeguard revenue and cost leakage
• Weekly preparation of enterprise unbilled revenue & Debtors
