Roles & Responsibilities:

●Responsible for driving HR processes with key focus on talent management for skill development, performance management, employee engagement and communication.
●Overall HR operations activities ensuring payroll & compliance are met by the central processing team.
●Ensuring stakeholder management in terms of implementation and adherence to  execute initiatives to help to drive a high performing organisation.
●Credible coach and mentor to the team.
●Actively managing performance management. Facilitating the process between employees and leadership to discuss and resolve performance and conduct issues. Promote consistent policy administration.
●Leading processes / programs, including employee communications, employee relations, policy, employee engagement & retention and health & safety.
●Analyse training needs and implementing the training and development agenda; identifying areas that need attention in conjunction with managers.
●In charge of employee life cycle management right from on boarding to exit management.
●Responsible for ensuring legal and statutory compliance are adhered by monitoring and implementing systems across all departments; conducting investigations/Audits; maintaining records, representing the organisation.
●Responsible to handle grievances from all employee profiles.
