• Own the New Car Finance Marketplace PnL and drive revenue through existing and new partnership with banks as a Direct Selling Agent
• Develop in-depth understanding of banks business goals and identify win-win opportunities for the partnership
• Develop product pricing and positioning strategies to negotiate payouts and volume boosters with banks for loan fulfilment
• Facilitate seamless onboarding of banks in the marketplace ecosystem and oversee execution of contracts, process constructions (Bank login to Sanction to Disbursement) and Sales training at regular intervals
• Ensure synergy between banks and CD Sales team and ensure adherence to the defined performance metrics; identify potential process improvement/automation opportunities to enhance Sales productivity
• Own digital consumer experience through product and tech innovations and oversee construction of fully digital loan disbursal journey via bank integrations
• Serve as the lead point of contact and build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with banks
• Collaborate and work cross-functionally with Tech, Marketing, Finance, Legal and other senior leadership to run bank specific campaigns, legal agreements, on-boarding formalities as well as bank system integrations.
