Installing, upgrading, and maintaining/patching Linux/Windows operating systems.
Responsible for the day-to-day management of network, desktop, laptop, systems and All IT Asset across the company
Analyzes and resolves problems associated with the operating system's servers, hardware, applications, Network and software.
Networking concepts and troubleshooting skills.
Knowledge of cloning os.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends.
Ability to work well with people and Show a positive attitude toward users. Ability to quickly establish good working relationships with users.

6-day working environment; can extend to a roaster-based working (covering the 7 days of the week).
Understanding the call center process(BPO) will be preferable.
Able to handle the IT task of Call center business.
Troubleshooting skills of SIP/IP Phone hardware/Software will be preferable.
OEM vendor coordination Like Dell/Lenovo/HP/Acer etc. for Hardware/software-related issues
Coordination with ISPs for ILL/PRI/Simboxes issues.
