Job Description:
- Responsible to troubleshoot the root cause analysis for production issues, resolve them and maintain the reports
- Responsible for participate in all stages of the product development and support processes
- Should be able to work closely and coordinate with the support and development team
- Will be responsible to coordinate and follow up with external parties for issues resolution
- Will be responsible for analysing and writing MySql/Mongo queries to check and share the logs and also check the issues
- Should be able to analyse application and server alerts, stability trends and work with development team to get them resolved
- Should be able to write and execute ETL Jobs, basic UNIX shell Scripting, Cronjobs and schedule them

B.Tech/B.E
