To Facilitate New Car Finance Disbursals from our various channels
Experience Range:

Job Responsibilities:
Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinating with New Car Sales team and Financers to fulfill the Car loan requirements
- Tracking and monitoring the Finance cases from login to disbursement
- Address challenges and concerns raised by Sales teams at a grass root level and escalate above if it cannot be resolved
- Update the various systems and trackers to help create MIS reports for effective tracking and monitoring
- Push the New Car Sales team to increase logins to drive more retails to achieve targets
- Ensure both the New Car Sales teams and the Bank’s sales teams are aligned and are working together for a common objective
- Ensure the Sales teams are trained and equipped to perform their role in fulfilling a New Car loan requirement
