Sr. Executive / AM - Revenue Assurance & Reporting
Job Description:
-Revenue Assurance for Insurance Business.
-Month end closure in strict deadlines with Revenue & Margin reconciliation.
-Analysis of variance at product, category, Insurer level.
-Trend, MoM, MTD, YoY analysis of Revenue, Margin at BU, channel, zone levels and give insights to management.
-Ensuring the margin & commission in system are updated accurately.
-100% reconciliation of Revenue & payouts to avoid any risk / leakages.
-Partnering with tech team for system related changes and doing UAT.
-Working closely with Business teams for Revenue related rates changes, exceptions.
-Finalizing month-end related MIS, schedules as per calendar.
-Timely closure of Internal, Statutory Audits without any open points.
-Month end closure in strict deadlines with Revenue & Margin reconciliation.

Skills Required:
Accounts Payable & Receivable, Accounting System, revenue assurance, Monthend closure and reporting, FP&A,
Candidate Attributes:
| CA fresher or 2 years experience in AP / AR / Revenue assurance roles.
| Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to translate complex information into comprehensive, concise and high quality business requirements.
| A high degree of proficiency in Excel
| Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and achieve in-depth understanding of complex processes and systems.
| Should work as individual contributor in fast pace environment.
