Manager/Sr. Manager - Revenue Assurance & Reporting

Job Description:

  | Revenue Assurance & payment Lead will be responsible to drive on-time Month-end closure, reporting, and partner payout process.
 | He/she should have a strong orientation towards Revenue & commission payout process.
 | Assurance, Risk Assessment and building controls.
 | Responsible to manage Revenue Assurance - by way of enabling effective reconciliation on transaction level of large scale data.
 | Building and leveraging with institutional relationship team to drive revenue assurance & recommendentation on improving margin.
 | Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and eliminate redundancies.
 | Identify operational audit issues and make strategic recommendations on internal controls and business processes to the management.
 | Enabling error free and timely reporting.
 | Implement Proactive early warning indicators red flags,patterns/exceptions through Data Analytics. Building reports and communicating effectively.
 | Communicate effectively and proactively with all levels of management and articulate ideas and recommendations clearly.
 | Coordinating with Accounts receivable team on Revenue reconciliation & supporting for any reconciliation disputes with Insurance companies.
 | Ensure compliance with Financial Internal Controls and SOX control requirements as deemed appropriate. Identify, recommend and implement control improvements throughout revenue & payment processes.

-B.Com in Commerce, and CA CA, ICWA(CMA) ICWA (CMA), MBA/PGDM Finance,

Skills Required:

Accounts Payable & Receivable, Accounting System, revenue assurance, Monthend closure and reporting,

Candidate Attributes:

  | 5-7 years of post qualification experience or Semi Qualified with 7-8 years of experience with CA/CMA degree / MBA finance with a relevant experience in Revenue assurance, Month-end reporting & accounts payables.
 | Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to translate complex information into comprehensive, concise and high quality business requirements.
 | A high degree of proficiency in Excel and Power BI/Tableau knowledge required.
 | Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and achieve in-depth understanding of complex processes and systems.
 | Background in Fintech/Insurtech/e-commerce industry preferred. 
 | Should have managed a team of 3-4 members for minimum 2-3 years.
 | Should have worked in SAP/Oracle ERP environment.
