Job Description:
| Ability to read and interpret Insurance commission model & language and to ensure accuracy of automated calculations within the revenue & payout systems
| Understand, create and update the Finance system rules for Revenue & Payout commissions.
| Validation of system changes for the revenue & payout numbers.
| Reconciliation of large set of data by applying various formula and tools.
| Coordination with Insurance relationship team for commission structure related queries, and resolving for accurate output.
| Work under supervision, usually within a complex and changing environment, to drive transactional level recon.

Accounts Payable & Receivable, Account Reconciliation, Revenue Analysis,
Candidate Attributes:
| 1-3 years of experience with a B.com/M.com/MBA degree and have worked in AP/AR process
| Decent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to translate information into business requirements.
| Should have worked in large volume data in excel.
| Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and achieve in-depth understanding of complex processes and systems.
| Background in Fintech/Insurtech/e-commerce industry preferred.
| Working in strict deadline during month-end, audits and adhoc requirements.
| Decent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to translate information into business requirements.
