1. Building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders & leaders in the business. 2. Providing strategic & day-to-day leadership to drive the delivery of the business’ HR plans. 3. Using experience, skills & knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organizational design, employee engagement & talent analytics. 4. Coaching & mentoring junior team members & HR line managers. 5. Supporting line managers across the business on organizational structure and design. 6. Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances. 7. Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
