Job Title:

Senior Manager FP&A

Job Description:

  • Financial Planning and Forecasting: Preparation of Annual Operating Plans, Long term projections and monitor the performance on regular basis
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:  Financial reporting to stakeholders such as Founders, Business heads, including reporting for different lines of business. MIS Reporting and review of financial trends by providing variance analysis of actual performance with respect to the budgeted and forecast figures
  • KPI reporting and Dashboards: Developing, maintaining and improving Business Performance scorecards, dashboards and metrics.
  • Month End Closing and Accounting Controls: Supervise and ensure timely and smooth closing of financial statement for all Entities. 
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis:  Financial reporting to stakeholders such as Founders, Business heads, including reporting for different lines of business. MIS Reporting and review of financial trends by providing variance analysis of actual performance with respect to the budgeted and forecast figures. Prepare commentary for monthly P&L review with the management.
  • Board decks: Preparing board decks for quarterly board meetings. Liaison with all stakeholders to collate the information for board decks.
  • Investor reporting:  Ensuring timely and accurate monthly and quarterly to investors, Investor MIS with Operating metrics
  • Profitability projects: Review profitability projects for the company in line with budgets on Weekly and Monthly basis,
  • Benchmarking - Introduce industry benchmarks and develop reporting on the company's performance compared to benchmarks.
  • Financial models: Assist preparing financial models to present business journey and decision support for the leadership. Assist in preparation of Business models, Financial Projections, Cash Flows, P&L, Ratio analysis, NPV/IRR/Pay Back Charts.
  • Due Diligence support:  SPOC for due diligence of the group. Liaison with the external teams for timely and smooth completion
  • Automation:  Responsible for effective and efficient use of systems. Knowledge of SAP, PowerBI, Tablau

Experience Range:

Educational Qualifications:

B.Com, and CA MBA/PGDM
