1.Planning & enabling business targets across the territory

3.On-boarding and Managing channel relationship
4.Maintaining strong relationships with regional business partners, with a focus on activating direct customer supply channels
5.Laying down the regional road-map for growth and profitability targets
6.Leading the plan of the operation with a focus on customer experience, revenue growth, and optimal resource utilization
7.Ensuring process and policy adherence across functions, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class customer experience
8. Enabling special/specifc products & ensure a healthy mix
8. Building & scaling teams across the geography
