Job Description:
· Training NHT batches while ensuring maximum throughput
· Driving activation of the certified advisors during their POST NHT period
· Regular skill based sessions based on the audit report
· Conducting sessions basis the TNI/TNA report shared by the Quality team
· Taking responsibility to enhance the advisors performance under BQ program
· Content Creation which includes PPT creation, Voice overs & preparing flyers on new updates
· Driving learning through iLearn platform (Digital)
To fulfil the requirement of need based sessions
Experience Range:
2 - 5 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,
