To create Insurtech Product and process offering to the partners.
To adhere to company policies and process in the field.
To Drive Onboarding and Activation of Partners month after month and create a sticky partner environment

0 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation
Job Responsibilities:
To expand New Channels to "Insurance" in assigned Territory. (New Channels refer here are First timer guys who have never been in Insurance)
Daily To onboard 2 Fresh Partners in Insurance Fraternity.
To adapt to Insur-tech Product offering and train the trainer by training the new onboarded partners towards Tech based Insurance offering.
Innovative in thoughts of how to add new Stream of Partners in business Kitty.
Alignment to Go Rural for Business expansion is the Key Parameter looked forward
