About the role:
Digital marketing professional with hands-on experience of growing and running digital channels - SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, re targeting, affiliate marketing, video adverts (experience required in at least 3 or 4 of these channels)
Responsibilities:
· Strategize and own the entire marketing strategy to acquire customers through multiple paid marketing channels
· Tracking and Owning ROI for marketing spend across channels including, but not limited to, Facebook/ Instagram/ Google
· Be experimental in exploring new channels to drive traffic and acquisition
· Grow and optimize the end-to-end PPC funnel (right from keyword research, bid management, writing ad and landing page copy)
· Liaison with the design team to experiment new creative on daily/weekly basis
· Work closely with developers and designers to build landing pages
· Work closely with the Content and Outbound teams to run retargeting campaigns
· Explore new and/or unconventional paid acquisition channels
· Explore and manage all paid partnerships
· Rigorously A/B test to maximize the ROI from each channel
· Optimize website content, landing pages and paid search copy
· Leveraging vernacular intelligence in all ads by coordinating with communities across languages.
· Partner with creative team and brand marketing to drive ROI through rigorous and systematic creative and narrative testing, focused on optimization and testing new approaches
· Lead, mentor and build the performance marketing team
Requirements:
· 5+ years of work experience in performance marketing with a reputable B2C company
· Hands on experience in scaling the Gads campaign (Search, GDN, Smart, Performance Max, Retargeting) to deliver lead volume of 1L/month plus in controlled CAC
· Tier 1 pedigree
· IIT/ NIT/ Top Tier Engineering School/ IIM/Top Tier B-School/Performance Marketing Certification
