Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage day to day operations for CPS and Call Center Accounts, and ensure delivery as per Client expectation
2. Drive Client & Internal process review reports, derive insights to grow Revenue & reduce costs in the process
3. Prepare Monthly process review presentations for discussion with Client
4. Looking for someone who takes up responsibility to drive things independently and is agile
