 The purpose of this role is to drive renewals in order to generate revenue through customer retention.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely resolution of customers & Partners queries (Internal and external) and built healthy work relations.

To ensure high monthly conversion based on the targets assigned on monthly and quarterly basis. 

Ensure timely closure of pending renewal cases and trace non-contactable customers.

Monthly renewal notices and Bitly Links must be shared with partners and the field sales team.

Also, have to solve partner issues with the help of the concern team.

Build positive working relationships with partners to drive repeat business
