Job Description:
Designation – Sr. / Executive _ MMV Mapping - Motor Insurance
DEPARTMENT – Insurance (InsuranceDekho.com)
What does this role hold for you?
Our endeavor is to create seamless process for “Make, Model & Variant (MMV) Mapping” of Motor Vehicles, to check & correct the existing one & add new wherever applicable.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Takes full ownership of keeping company’s master data and insurer’s master mapped. This includes all vehicle categories – private cars, two wheelers, commercial vehicles (GCV/PCV/Misc.)
· Liases with insurance companies and defines a process (once in 15 days / monthly) in retrieving the up-to-date masters.
· Liases with CarDekho central content team for ensuring company’s Private Cars and Two wheeler’s masters and takes overall ownership of seamless data synchronization.
· Takes ownership of creating and maintaining MMV masters of the company.
· Works closely with stakeholders from across teams, such as insurer relations, product, tech, operations, customer-excellence, and sales. This includes grievances management.
· Responsible for providing insights to the management on insurer level master data on a timely basis.
· Gives feedback to the product-tech team on mapping platform to drive continuous improvements.

· Graduation degree / Diploma in any stream, with minimum experience of 2 years
· Good communication skills
· Automobile background, having knowledge of MMV of Two Vehicles, Four Vehicles, Commercial Vehicles & other Misc. Vehicles
· Understanding of terminologies of Motor Vehicles, like Fuel type, seating / loading capacity, cubic capacity, etc
· Basic knowledge of computers & MS Office
· Flair to interact with people, patience and are self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly
· A career-oriented mindset and are a go getter
· The ability to handle multiple tasks at once
· Possess skills such as problem resolving, loop closure

2 - 3 years
