To ensure NCD channel partner retention for the region and the profitability of this profit center. Driving operational efficiency of NCD procurement channel & business excellence in close cordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Any graduation,
1. To do relationship management with existing channel partners and new client acquisition for MoM incremental business.
2. To ensures the proper follow-up of all potential channel partners by developing, implementing, and monitoring, prospecting.
3. To develop business forecasts, goals and objectives for sales, gross and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
4. To achieve the vehicle procurement targets as set in AoP.
5. To manage follow-ups on the transaction (receivables/ payables/ documentations) done as per defined TAT.
6. To ensure channel partner escalations or concerns are resolved as soon as possible.
7. To do strong coordination with a cross-functional team, process adherence, train the resource's to utilise their potentials in the best interest of the business.
8. To manage the P&L of the region assigned.
9. To adhere and manage the rake as per targets set.
10. To be part of strategic planning, process development and automation.
11. To handle the team of key account manager's and evaluators.
12. To establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures for the team.
13. To manage conversions as per business requirements.
14. To prepare and analyze various reports related to business progress.
