8. Maintain internal connects with all depts - Marketing / product / SEO / Ops 
9. To be aligned with ongoing trends for digital & new offerings
10. Involved in the Billing & Outstanding for their set of accounts

1. To handle Auto Accounts, 2. To increase Business from Agency 3. To play a key role in acquiring and engaging the right set business  with agency & client4. To maintain end to end relationship with Agency & client 5. To negotiate with the Buying Heads & Planners on various plans 6. To maintain knowledge of Market share vs our share 8. To ensure no Media Plan backout  10. To maintain healthy NPS score
