Job Responsibilities:

1. Manage the Insurance Sales in 5 or more cities cities or a State
2. Ensure achievement of targets- Business Premium, Channel onboarding, Channel Retention
3. Manage a team of 1-3
4. Collaborate with central teams to improve sales process around culture, discipline
5. Ensure and follow adherence to Operational processes, policies, compliance requirements, documentation, certifications, etc.
6. Analyze and review Sales Reports and discuss with team
