1. Formulate sales strategies based on market conditions, demographics and company strategy
2. Accompany team members in the field, meet clients and intervene as and when required
3. Review Sales Reports, Leads Generated and Conversions etc. and discuss with team
4. Track & monitor account receivables, unbilled accounts to ensure disciplined financial management
5. Follow & ensure adherence to Operational processes, policies, compliance requirements, documentation, certifications, etc.
6. Develop and maintain a strong sales infrastructure and an aggressive sales team.
7. Plan, prepare and exist control over sales budget, sales forecast, sales plan etc.
8. Ensure coordination and relationship management with dealers and other clients.
9. Resolve Internal & External Conflicts
10. Collaborate with central teams to improve sales process around culture, discipline.
