1. Be Accountable for new acquisitions of Car/Bike OEM Business in the assigned region
2. Be Accountable for business from Car/Bike Dealers, Car OEMs
3. Drive sales targets while leading regional sales teams
4. Monitor unbilled transactions/ account receivables & maintain disciplined financial management
5. Build & maintain relationship with external interfaces (Dealer SPOCs, OEM SPOCs etc.)
6. Build, Manage, Coach & Retain strong sales teams
7. Collaborate with RO teams for servicing RO Accounts
8. Check service parameter on regular interval at Dealer to ensure better delivery of services.
9. Take regular feedback from dealer & executing improvisation plan for the same
10. Escalate issues to approproate level for faster resolution
