Job Responsibilities:

1.Vision: Understand the company vision , align the product vision and evangelize the same across thecross-functional teams
2.Execute: This means being constantly biased towards action, being in the details with data, focusingon the most important problems, building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, always& thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome.
3.Internalize CarDekho’s existing products and then align your team's mission, strategy and roadmapwith this direction.
4.Craft a coherent product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Also Champion and ship bold product betsthat will significantly alter the business trajectory.
5.Manage and guide a team of PMs and designers and optimistically keep teams and direct reportsfocused on #winning.

Annual Salary Range:

3.Broad understanding of usability, usability testing, usability heuristics.
