Job Description:

The Payment PM owns launching best-in-class payment methods that enable new and better ways of transacting online. The role is responsible for building a strategy, deep diving end user needs, creating a bar raising plan on digital wallets/credit card product, and partnering with engineering, marketing, sales, and external partners to make the vision a success.
This role requires strong comfort with data and attention to detail, the ability to work independently and with primary stakeholders to solve complex issues, the skill to lead without authority, the ability to design solutions to various problems, and excellent communication skills.

Educational Qualifications:

B.Tech/B.E, and MBA/PGDM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into digital wallet ecosystem and develop a multi-year plan to create a best-in-class ecosystem
  • Collect all the business and product requirements based on inputs from all key stakeholders; define the product acceptance testing criteria; work closely with engineering, design, data sciences and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.  
  • Engage with customers & partner with internal stake-holders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication,Growth) to prioritise, drive and implement the product changes. 
  • Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and decide best strategy to enhance product.Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance.Partner with relevant teams to develop impact measurement strategy to monitor business and user satisfaction metrics
  • Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision
  • Deep dive into Paytech trends and think boldly about how to innovate

Candidate Attributes:

  • Experience in fintech/paytech, and/or e-commerce
  • Experience with technical systems, including APIs and platform development
  • Keen analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases, attention to detail
