1. Work on UI/UX, community building, Apps, loyalty programs, etc. Partner with teams to develop a framework for Gamification and Loyalty Program.
2. Ensure connect between business goals and consumer ; Partner with stakeholders to define Gamification and loyalty program roadmaps and schedules for implementation
3. Collect all the business and product requirements based on inputs from all key stakeholders; define the product acceptance testing criteria; work closely with engineering, design, data sciences and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery.
4. Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience.
5. Engage with customers & partner with internal stake-holders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication,Growth) to prioritise, drive and implement the product changes.
6. Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and decide best strategy to enhance product.Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance.Partner with relevant teams to develop impact measurement strategy to monitor business and user satisfaction metrics
7. Define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision
8. Drive detailed PRD and its metrics to measure the performance.
9. Work closely with tech leads to drive the timelines for product development.
