To lead Indirect and Direct Tax ambit for Girnar Group

-B.Com in Commerce,
Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead Indirect and Direct Tax ambit for Girnar Group. He will review and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual tax returns and computations. He will be a partner to business in shaping and growth. 2. Ensure Indian Income Tax Reporting & Compliance, reviewing tax assessments 3. Ensure Indirect Tax Reporting & Compliance, reviewing assessments 4. Ensure GL Accounting for Taxes 5. Work on computation of monthly direct tax expenses 6. Review tax positions and communicate proactive tax exposures 7. Work on tax Planning, advising, and consulting 8. Ensure business Partnership and solutioning 9. Include ad hoc Tax responsibilities
Skills Required:
1. Expertize in Direct and Indirect Tax 2. Draft submissions, representations, petitions, briefing notes etc. 3. Work on SAP, IND AS, fiscal levies 4. Make presentation for review forums with BU Lead and FLT 5. Expertise in Ind AS and applicable statutes 6. Work on SAP and BI tools 7. High level of proficiency in MS Excel 8. Good Communication skills – written and spoken skills must that be of an expert level.,
