Sr Area Head - Dealership - Delhi NCR

Job Description:

To Lead the Motor Dealership drive ( Organized and Unorganized ) for the assigned Geography.
Need to focus on the P&L Head for the assigned Geography and sync with the Management vision of Phase by phase growth
To Ramp up the team hiring(if allowed) as budgeted thru self contacts across the Geography.

Experience Range:

4 - 10 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation, and Any PG

Job Responsibilities:

- To be the P&L Head for the assigned Geography.
- To ensure aggressive onboarding of Dealers as POS/MISP - in the assigned Geography.
- To recruit quality team(As allowed) as per his assigned budget in supersonic time frame.
- To Lead the front in meeting assigned Plan on R A P month on month ( Even when less team members are on Board due to slow hiring or other reasons)
- To ensure Daily Huddle with all last mile team members - in pushing drive and company vision.
- To drive higher productivity Moto in team without compromising in business hygiene
- To respect women and field staff with empathy and encourage them for higher push with monetary and non monetary tools.
- To be the self sourcer also
