Territory Head- Trustmark

Job Description:

To lead planning, and execution.
1. Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and 
procedures.
2. Ensuring that all customers receive excellent service through direct 
salesmanship and prompt and courteous service.
3.Demonstrated cars feature a customer, who walks into the showroom and 
to give them a brief explanation about the cars. 
4.Giving finance details and collecting documents for the loan process.
5.Explaining to the customers about the Trustmark cars.
6.Offering test drives in their residents. 
7.Completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner.
8.Assist in physical inventory management. Making sure that customers' paperwork is completed efficiently.
9.Maintain the necessary sales reports, metrics, and 
database.

Experience Range:

2 - 5 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation,

1.Managing Franchise relationship 2.Maintaining strong relationships with business partners, with a focus on activating direct customer supply channels 3.Managing all offline retail store operations in the defined geography 4.Laying down the road-map for growth and profitability targets 5.Leading the execution of the operation with a focus on customer experience, revenue growth, and optimal resource utilization 6.Hiring and managing of local supply, servicing, customer experience, and sales teams 7.Ensuring process and policy adherence across functions, with a focus on delivering the best-in-class customer experience 8.Adapting business strategy based on customer demand trends 9.Managing sale
