1.Should understand the market better and identify key parameters to be focussed on for developing the business in the state
2.To devise strategy for achieving volume, rake and other targets pertaining to the respective cities in the state, Should handle and manage the entire business of the state
3.To analyse data wrt onboarding, activation and premiumto cover up for gaps and lacks
4.To ensure the Market making team maintains good relations with the agents registered with insurancerdekho
6.Take corrective actions and instant decisions whenever required
8.To manage the costs involved and have a thorough understanding of the unit economics of the state
9.To take care of P&L of the state by cutting short on expenses wheresoever possible
10.To look out for new city expansions as per the business requirements
