Job Description:
1. Managing Runners across country(logistics)
2. Ensure smooth runners operations with process adherence to deliver outcomes on agreed metrics
3.Engage with Internal & external stakeholders to improve quality of service of runners, & Turn Around Time
4. Daily runner roastering
5. Daily performance monitoring of runners
6. Regular data analysis and performance reporting to the management
7. Continuous process improvements to improve the efficiency of the team
8. Managing the Operational risk in the process
9. Coordination with other departments for the betterment of service
10. Helping in opening the business in new cities
Experience Range:
10 - 12 years
Educational Qualifications:
Any graduation,
