Customer retention executive
1. Field work – have to meet the existing customer for renewals/appointments fixing and convert renewal into sales.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure timely resolution of customer queries (Internal and external) and built healthy work relations.
3. To ensure high monthly collection based on the targets assigned on monthly and quarterly basis along with providing superior customer services.
4. Ensure timely closure of pending renewal cases and trace non-contactable customers.
5. Coordinate with Head Office in case any Issues/Queries
