Job Responsibilities:

Develop and Champion the Life Insurance distribution through Agent network across the country
-Develop channel development strategies and tactical plans to meet and exceed the business goals
-Lead, Motivate & train team. Coach and review them to extract great performance on Life Insurance Product
-Design and improve SOPs, policies, and practices so as to achieve the goals and ensure regional hubs adhere to company-wide laid down rules and guidelines
- Resolve escalations, conflicts and ensure free flowing communication amongst the stakeholders
-Provide market feedback regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product roadmap
-Drive productivity improvement through technological advancements

Candidate Attributes:

Overall experience of 12+ years in Life Insurance Sector
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively in a fast-paced environment, and to maintain demanding timelines
- Excellent communication skills, ability to do multi-tasking and deal with multi stakeholders
- Strong Relationship & People Management Skills
- Passion to explore in a rapidly scaling startup environment with a strong entrepreneurial mindset
- Experience in handling high volume transactions & dealing with large sales team
