Job Responsibilities:

* Follow-up with the channels to generate new revenue and business.
* Coordinate with the dealer and back-end team to give a seamless business experience
* Troubleshooter for any queries or issues raised by the channel
* Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as and when needed.
* Handle customer complaints
* Prepare a variety of status reports as required by the Used car leadership
* Delivery of services and product starts from the BM
