Job Description:

  • Team Handling of On-roll  Relationship Manager
  • Recruit, train SMs and generate business through them in the assigned region.
  • Business Planning and Execution.
  • Formulate Sales Execution on ground for driving health business in alignment with overall business strategy for the vertical considering the prevailing market conditions, to ensure achievement of defined targets/revenue/ profit.
  • Maintains and analyzes sales reports and accordingly directs sales teams to increase health business.
  • Screen market landscape and identify prospective institutes/ big agents who can liaison with us to increase health sales
  • Tracking market intelligence/completion benchmarks.
  • Meeting the overall targets - GWP, Active Agents and getting right quality of new customers to maintain lower loss ratios POSP Management
  • Analyze performance of POSP and guide them to maximize.

Required Candidate Profile:
  • Graduate with minimum 4 to 10 years of experience in Health Insurance.

Experience Range:

4 - 10 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation,

Job Responsibilities:

1. Focus on sales Team Management, Geographical coverage & manage the spread.
2.Ensure the Team meets potential POSP agents in respective geographical assignments.
3..Ensure the Team Services the Existing POS to drive sales growth
4.Handle Customer Inquiries with a speedy and satisfactory resolution coordinate with Girnar Insurance HO Team for the smooth execution of the sales and operations process.
5. Ensure the team targets are met- New Channel Onboarding, Target achievemnt, Channel Retention, Business Premium
