Senior Executive Finance Accounts Payable
Job Description:
Proven ability to work on transactional processes related to payable.
~Support AP invoice processing and ensure all transactions are completed on time with high accuracy.
~Ability to work on multiple transactional processes.
~Create process documents and monitor SLA s for supporting projects.
~Maintain and improve key performance measures.
~Proactively manage issues related to the support requirement
~ Good knowledge of Taxation
~Above average in excel
Experience Range:
5 - 10 years
Educational Qualifications:
-B.Com in Commerce, and Any PG
Job Responsibilities:
Complete payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, and reconciling invoices.
~ Reconciles processed work by verifying entries and comparing system reports to balances.
~ Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expense reports; recording entries.
~ Pays vendors by monitoring discount opportunities, verifying TDS , scheduling and preparing Payments, resolving purchase order term, contract, invoice, or payment discrepancies and documentation.
~Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions.
~ Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
Skills Required:

2. No of Years of Experience Details – 5-10years of experience.
3.E-commerce & Startup industry is preferred
