Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Be Accountable for new acquisitions of New Car/New Bike Dealers in
his region
2. Be Accountable for business from New Car/New Bike Dealers, Car
OEMs
3. Take responsibility for the following up on all the leads
forwarded to the dealerships.
4. Take responsibility for the follow up on hot/lost leads, Booking
& Retail confirmations.
5. Take follow ups on the Test Drive scheduled to the customers
6. Own Revenue collection from the dealerships.
7. Handle all the dealer related issues and enclosure of the
same.
8. Check service parameter on regular interval at Dealer to
ensure better delivery of services.
9. Build cordial relationship with Dealers.
10. Take regular feedback from dealer & executing improvisation
plan for the same.
