Requirement & Deliverables:

1. This is the National Sales Head position, the job requirement is as follows
- Inside Sales, Nationally through Call center
- Manage multiple products with product wise sales head - Health, Life & Motor Insurance

2. National Sales Head is responsible for maximizing B2C Retail sales business through Inside Sales

3.The job requires Planning, strategic initiatives and strong execution skills. Creative initiatives & multitasking capabilities in overseeing multiple threads of success, will be a key success factor.

4.Assignment is challenging with ample scope for career growth for someone with commitment, innovation & multifaced process management skills.

Required Experience: ~10 Years Relevant experience in Sales Management, preferably with B2C sales through Call center

Preferred Industry - Insurance

Experience Range:

10 - 15 years

Educational Qualifications:

Any graduation, or Any PG ,or Any Doctorate
