Any graduation,
1. Coordinate with Technical and Services teams for effort estimations, review and approve for moving to proposal phase.
2. Act as a customer advocate internally during the delivery phase and operations where ownerships are towards Girnarsoft
3. Manage arbitrations on cost and scope creep in case the same arise during the execution of the engagement
4. Maintain knowledge of all features and services of product and recommend new features and enhancements to keep improving to accelerate business growth.
5. Analyze customer requirements, requests and product issues to plan enhancement cycle.
6. Communicate product strategy and trade-offs to all business leaders and technology leaders.
7. Be the product evangelist and partner closely with business, Design, Technology, QA and Sales team to understand the requirements and deliver effective solution.
8. Administer and carry out UAT to provide final approval on product delivery.
10. Partner with business leads/ KAMs for proposal creations and provide status reports to management.
