- Candidate should have worked in nesting batches
- Candidate should know health insurance plans from leading insurers
- Candidate should have led team of 50 team members
- Candidate should work on building team from scratch at all levels
- Candidate should be data driven and should have good command of data tools such as excel
- Candidate should know call center sales operations and should know related terminologies such as pacing
