Lead - Solution Sales
The candidate shall be part of the Technology Solutions Business of Girnarsoft. He/She shall be responsible for expanding relationships with existing customers by directing and supporting collaborative sales efforts to grow the technology solutions portfolio. He/She shall be responsible to generate new business opportunities and close on qualified opportunities referred by the PreSales, Account Management, or Client Partner teams, while actively collaborating with these team members.

Any graduation, and MBA/PGDM
1. Meets assigned targets for profitable sales growth in assigned solutions portfolio.
2. Formulate & own sales pipeline to deliver revenue as per the proposed plan.
3. Lead demand-generation marketing activities in the assigned market.
4. Research, develop and execute strategies to identify market opportunities. Assist in taking existing products into new markets, new products into existing markets and or new products into new markets.
5. Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
6. Lead customer conversations, product presentations, pitches, live demonstrations with the client team to bring opportunities to closure.
7. Coordinate the customer involvement of other company personnel when needed, including presales, account managers, support resources, team members, and management.
8. Collaborate with management to formulate sales strategies and work closely with the internal teams to develop sales collaterals as per the requirement.
9. Monitor, evaluate and report competitive market conditions. Provide insight for openings to market and sell our products and services.
10. Administer and execute the company customer satisfaction survey, analyze and recommend actions based on status of individual customers or groups of customers.
11. Organise and support regular sales reporting to the management.
B2B, SaaS,
1. MBA or equivalent from a Tier 1 Institute
2. Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales / business development./Enterprise consulting
3. Technology sales experience in the automotive domain will be an added advantage.
4. Good interpersonal skills. Above average personal, communication and business skills.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe and lead management systems.
6. Ability to coordinate and manage design of sales collaterals.
7. Willingness to work in a flexible schedule and travel up to 25% of the time.
