Assistant Manager - Ethics Compliance
This position plays a pivotal role in assisting the Organization with Ethics compliance.
Our ideal candidate should have experience in dealing with Ethics compliance and handled confidential and critical information and managed the complaints. This candidate also understands that supporting their people is one of the most critical roles they perform, and to achieve this they are open, approachable, and have a bias for action.
Key responsibilities
1. own and manage ethics compliance matters and assist conduct investigations. Implement processes for managing ethics complaints and implementation of recommendations.
2. Liaise with external consultants for effective outcome.
3. Provide status updates, tracking, and coordination of all projects and incidents, including escalation notifications to India leadership
4. Manage the delivery of training and awareness briefings for all onsite users with access to confidential physical or digital assets
5. Partner with internal teams on investigative requirements during retail transaction process
6. Perform risk assessment of site and frame mitigation measures
