1.Craft a coherent product vision, strategy, and roadmap
2.Understand the company vision , align the product vision and evangelize the same across the cross functional teams
3.Internalize CarDekho’s existing products and then align your team's mission, strategy and roadmap with this direction.
4.Execute: This means being constantly biased towards action, being in the details with data, focusing on the most important problems, building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, always thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome.
5.Champion and ship bold product bets that will significantly alter the business trajectory.
6. Deeply involved with Product team and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of the product
7. Implementation of documentation culture in the organisation and ensuring teams are creating documentation for all the products
8. Involved in product lifecycle from inception to launch and then adoption
9. Own the product metrics and ensure that performance is closely tracked and stakeholders are informed
