1. Responsible for monthly Target setting for the sales team and segregating it further employee wise
2.Ensure NCD relationships are maintained and cross selling
3. Monitor payout to dealers and NCD
4. Prepare monthly Incentive calculation for team basis target achievement
5. Ensure smooth coordination among Product,Account and sales team
6. Handle grievances from business/ops/sales teams
7. Ensure quality in daily reports such as, Renewal sheets updation, business reports to regional heads
8. Manage and develop sales operation team
9. Ensure cost structure of region is maintained and revenues grow by 20% MoM
10. Training and grooming of Team mates. Effective people management
