Senior Manager - Investigation and Liaising
• Conduct and Manage investigations and prepare assessment reports.
• Liaise with law enforcement agencies to represent Company and its subsidiaries to effective outcome.
• Conduct and oversee risk and leverage external and internal partners for timely threat and risk evaluations and response
• Ensure that safety and asset protections plans are communicated and delivered
• Collaborate proactively with key stakeholders in the design and development of physical and digital security asset protection
• Provide status updates, tracking, and coordination of all projects and incidents.
• Oversee and enhance the standard of third-party vendors in accordance with service level agreements and ensure adherence to Site Security Standards
• Manage the delivery of training and awareness briefings for all onsite users with access to confidential physical or digital assets
• Partner with internal teams on investigative requirements during retail transaction process
• Perform risk assessment of site and frame mitigation measures
• Possess a thorough understanding of central/state security issues and demonstrate excellence in ability to implement and ensure sites compliance with company security policies and any industry or merchant requirements.
• Lead the Insider Threat & implementation of Workplace Violence program across the India Business.
• Establish and implement effective, predictable, measurable procedures/processes and prevention programs impacting losses, pilferage, accident trends and conduct job hazard and job safety analyses
• Perform frequent site security audits to identify all non-compliance equipment and/or processes at the site. Implement solutions to eliminate exposure to these risks and prevent injury.
• Effectively address safety and security incidents including potential and actual work place violence incidents per policy as well as conducting testing of the incident response plans.

Corporate Fraud Investigations, work place safety, liaison with LEA, excellent interpersonal skills, good written and oral communication,
• Experience working in safety evaluation, training and compliance disciplines
• Strong project management skills with the ability to work independently
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate and work across a wide range of security, creative, production, executive and artist relations disciplines and personalities
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business judgment with little or no oversight, and demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams
• Experience making high-stress decisions in a fast paced, dynamic environment with the ability to work with little to no supervision
