Job Description:
Design lead works within global, cross-functional product development teams to shape the end-to-end user experience for Girnarsoft digital applications.
In this role, you will be handling the UX and UI design of multiple digital products and will apply your knowledge of leading and defining UX projects and proven industry UX best practices to help research, define, sequence, prototype, design, test and deliver next-generation, critical care, and enterprise applications.
This role requires a solid understanding of human-centered design thinking. You will help set a compelling, coherent UX direction that helps improve user productivity and satisfaction, user-friendly and operational outcomes for customers, and drive business growth for the company.

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and influence business-wide discussions relative to current user experience projects and the future direction of design and user experience
Demonstrate a strong understanding of Agile / Lean UX methodologies, and utilize the latest UX methods, such as design sprints, collaborative design, service design, informal and formal testing, and rapid prototyping
Work directly with executives, product managers, and architects globally to develop realistic product plans and releases that properly prioritize, scope, and plan for UX research, design, and testing. Work with product owners to understand market needs & vision; work with teams to quickly translate that vision into workflows, interactions, and design concepts.
Lead, and perform creation of design outcomes including user persona, scenarios, journey maps/workflows, UX requirements, information architecture, concept sketches, wireframes, visual designs, mockups & prototypes, and support design transfer activities in sync with release plans.
Guide effective documentation and communication of design - via wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and user stories, data visualizations, written requirements, usability documentation, and coded UI components
Contribute to and leverage a wide design system and ensure that the user needs are reflected while maintaining consistency across the software application.
Combine demonstrated creativity and refined knowledge of visual design and visual communications with very strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving approaches that align all product and design problems back the user’s goals and needs
Lead, coordinate and manage team discussions relative to UX and UI. Independently lead design sprints, UX requirements definition sessions and design thinking workshops, and accurate scoping of the UX research and design work you will lead and perform
Work with product owners across the businesses to understand market needs & vision; work with teams to quickly translate that vision into workflows, interactions, and designs for the software.
Work collaboratively with engineering & development teams for translating the design concepts into successful implementation.
Lead research and usability evaluation through the product lifecycle.
Work directly with customers and users, when possible, locally and around the world, to understand, validate, and operational needs, departmental workflows.
Work collaboratively with a regional and global team of designers to fulfill the shared goals and aspirations of the digital UX “community of practice” and elevate design within the company.

Passion for creating products that resonate emotionally with people.
A sharp eye for detail and highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Conducts user research to understand user needs, mental models, and working contexts.
Synthesizes output of stakeholder research & creates visualizations that effectively summarize key insights related to user and customer needs and behaviors, product definition.
Creates annotated prototypes or wireframes of user interface designs that visually and textually communicate the behavior of a software application.
Facilitating design ideation, prototyping, and usability test efforts.
Knowledge on Designing for Rich Internet Applications, Design for Hand-Held Devices, Responsive Web Design, and Accessibility
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision.
Excellent communication and organization skills.
