Dealer Success Manager
1. Accountable for acquisition of New Car/Bike Dealers in assigned territory
2. Responsible for following up on the performance of products offered to customers
3. Responsible for the follow up on hot/lost leads, Booking & Retail confirmations
4. Revenue collection from the dealerships
5. Handling all the dealer related issues and enclosure of the same
6. Need to check service parameter on regular interval at Dealer to ensure better delivery of services
7. Building cordial relationship with Dealers
8. Taking regular feedback from dealer & executing improvisation plan for the same
9. Coordination with internal backend teams for service delivery
10. Data reporting to dealerships
2 - 5 years
Any graduation,
Sales, Automotive Sales, Digital, Business Development, Digital Sales, Business Communications, Microsoft Excel,
1. Preferably Female Candidate
2. Adequate knowledge of Automobile Sector (OEMs, NCBD etc.) & digital products
3. Frontline Sales Experience
4. Collaboration
5. Digital Sales & Marketing Exposure
6. Proficient in MS Excel
